Postpartum Doula
Not only is the birth giver healing after childbirth, but they are likely working on their latch (breastfeeding) and figuring out how to manage baby’s needs.
This time period can be challenging, to say the least. Allow me to lighten the load by assisting with household tasks, offering on-demand lactation and emotional support, etc.

Hello, and welcome!
After the birth of my first child, I found that while I’d felt prepared for labor and was grateful for my (mostly) positive birth experience; postpartum was way harder than expected.
Having someone knowledgeable in your corner to cheer you on and help carry the load can make all the difference.
I became a doula for this very reason — to support you in ways that reduce common struggles and bring forth joy.
I now work in partnership with Fresno Birth & Baby and Natural Instincts Community Birth Collective in service to our local rural communities.

She was my biggest support system and has gone out of her way multiple times to show how much she cares.
