Are you accepting new clients?
Yes! I am accepting new birth and postpartum clients. I also offer childbirth education! Contact me via phone or email to learn more.
I want an epidural, how would a doula benefit me?
Choosing to have an epidural does not mean a doula can’t support you. If fact, there are strategies you may need because an epidural is in place.
Do you attend home births?
I do support home births, and love attending them! I will also support you if things change or you are planning to give birth in a hospital. No matter what, I’ll be there for you.
Are your services expensive?
My services are now covered by Medi-Cal and other common plans. I also offer low cost and/or free of charge services in qualifying circumstances.

Do you speak Spanish?
Yes, I have a B.A. in Spanish and a B.A. in Women’s studies from San Diego State University. Also, a Masters degree in Education from Johns Hopkins University.
Do you offer services online or over the phone?
I do offer consultations, classes and advice online and over the phone. We can decide on when to use these tools together based on your individual needs and preferences.
What makes you, you?
I am passionate about serving mothers, regardless of economic means or birth plan. If you need something, call me. As long as I am available I’ll make an effort to get you the support you need.

What areas do you serve?
I live in Coarsegold, CA and serve a radius of up to 50 miles. Mariposa, Oakhurst, North Fork, Madera and Fresno are all included in this.
I am planning on a cesarean, should I still hire a doula?
Having a planned cesarean can be both emotionally and physically challenging. As a trained doula, I would be happy to support you through this experience.
Can you support me overnight?
I’ll be with you any time of day or night during childbirth. As your postpartum doula, we will decide on a schedule for services together based on needs and availability.
